- 1 zest from 2 limes
- 1 juice from 2 limes
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Red or green Thai curry paste
- 1 1/2 tbsp rice Vinegar
- 1 cup chicken stock
