1. Get water boiling don't put in noodles just yet preheat oven at 350
2. Make meat sauce chop onions mushrooms and garlic once that is done use oil or butter to saute onion for 5 mins then mushrooms for 5 mins also then add garlic cook extra minute
3. Add your beef into veggie mixture and add plenty of salt pepper onion and garlic powder
4. Once meat is brown add the 2 jars of spaghetti sauce turn down the heat to simmer
5. Put noodles in to boil
6. Make your cheese mixture with all equal of sour cream cream cheese mozzarella and whatever other cheese you like and add the cottage cheese into it too
7. Drain noodles
8. In a baking dish put half spaghetti Into bottom then add a bit of the cheese mixture then the spaghetti meat mixture then noodles cheese mixture then meat mixture then once all is layered put in oven at 350 for 10 till 15 mins
